No — but if you'd like one, we'll sign it immediately. We treat all project details as confidential by default.
Can I see past work?
Our work is white-label by nature, so we can't share live client URLs publicly. We can share code samples and anonymised case studies on request.
What if the scope changes mid-project?
We scope carefully upfront to avoid this. If genuine scope changes arise, we discuss and agree a change order before any additional work starts.
Do you work with agencies outside DACH?
Yes — we work with agencies globally. DACH is our primary focus but we have active partners across Europe and beyond.
How do invoices appear — can my client see them?
Invoices are issued from SolidScale Ltd. (our company) to your agency. Your client never sees our invoices.
